Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We only accept credit cards. You can also pay via PayPal or Stripe if you have an account.
All credit card transactions are processed securely by reliable third-party payment system. Your information is never stored in our system.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We ship our products to almost all countries via EMS, reliable international Express Mail Service by Post Office of Japan.

In most cases, we adopt flat fee based on delivery zones:
Asia – 1400 JPY

Oceania, North America, Central America and the Middle East – 2000 JPY

Europe – 2200 JPY

South America and Africa – 2400 JPY

Any additional fees such as VAT, customs taxes, and local handling fees?

Depending on laws of your country, you may be required to pay tax before obtaining your package. In some areas, e.g. UK and France, the local postal service may charge an extra handling fee for processing packages.

Please note that customs and any possible handling fees are not included in total amount of your order. OrientalSouls.com do not request or receive these kind of taxes/fees directly from customers.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once your order will be placed and your payment will be processed, you’ll receive email regarding your order.

OrientalSouls.com then process the order and ship it soon.
Products that are currently in stock will ship within two business days. In case we need to order to a provider, then several extra days will be added to the shipping process.
In case of special orders/products, however, may take longer time depending on provider/manufacturer. We will notify expected shipping date of such orders to customer by email.

Can I cancel my order?

All orders in this site are final and are not eligible for cancel, exchange and returns unless an item has defects, damages or any other inadequate conditions.

Our items are hand made by artisans through complicated process, therefore it is difficult for us to cancel, return or exchange once an order is placed. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note that we surely accept returns and/or exchanges if items are damaged, wrong or under unexpected circumstances. Contact us in that case.

How long will delivery take?

You can calculate expected delivery days for international mail via EMS in JP Post Office site from here.

Also, you can use track and trace your package with shipment id we’ll email to you once shipping will be done.
