About Extra Shipping Fees
Although most of our items are shipped under flat shipping rate, there are a few items for an exception. Because the international shipping service costs based on package weight, we ask our customers understand that some extra fees will be charged to some heavy (and low price) items.
The followings are the table of extra shipping rates. We clearly mention this in each product page in case the flat shipping rate is not applicable. Thank you very much for your understanding.

For example, in case you purchase 1 item which “Shipping Rate 3H” is applied, shipping to the US (North America), then[Shipping Fee] = [Flat Shipping Fee] + [Extra Fee or Sihpping Rate 3H] * 1 = 2,000 + 5,800 * 1 = 7,800 JPY (approx. $74.50 or €65.00)
Another example, in case you purchase 2 items which “Shipping Rate 3H” is applied, shipping to the US (North America), then[Shipping Fee] = [Flat Shipping Fee] + [Extra Fee or Sihpping Rate 3H] * 2 = 2,000 + 5,800 * 2 = 13,600 JPY (approx. $129.50 or €113.50)
In case you purchase 2 item of “Shipping Rate 3H” is applied and additional 2 items of “Flat Shipping Rate”, shipping to the US (North America), then[Shipping Fee] = [Flat Shipping Fee] + [Extra Fee or Sihpping Rate 3H] * 2 = 2,000 + 5,800 * 2 = 13,600 JPY (approx. $129.50 or €113.50)

From order to delivery
Step1 – Put items in the cart and place your order
Please go to order page, input required information, and make a payment.
We accept credit cards. You can also pay via PayPal or Stripe if you have an account.
Step2 – Order confirmation email (Invoice of your order) will be sent
The email includes following information,
- Order number
- Item names, total amount
- Billing address and shipping address
Step3 – Your order will be shipped once all items are packaged. Shipment information with tracking id will be sent by email.
Generally, orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. In case we need more days for order processing, we notify you by email.
Package is sent via International Express Mail Service (EMS) operated by Japan Post, which includes loss and damage insurance and package tracking systems. (See here about EMS)
